Recent Case Results

The following “Recent Results” are presented solely as informational as to the types of cases we have recently handled on behalf of our clients. Of course, all cases are unique and results may and will vary.

You should also be aware that most, if not all, medical malpractice cases that resolve through settlement do so with a condition of confidentiality. Therefore, we have removed identifying information to be in compliance with the terms of those confidentiality provisions. On the other hand, when a matter proceeds to trial and is deemed newsworthy and thus published in newspapers, we provide that information.

Should you want further information on the cases we handle, I would invite you to also review our web pages on “Cases Under Investigation” and “Cases in Suit.”

The Cases:

The above “Recent Case Results” represent a sampling of the types of cases being handled by the lawyers and professional staff of Nash & Associates. Each case varies not only in the facts but also in terms of the jurisdictions in which they are litigated as well as many other intangible factors. We will continue to give you further examples of our cases, which we hope may be of interest to you.

Please remember that every case is different, and any past record of success by our Legal Team is no assurance or guarantee that we will be successful or achieve a favorable result in a certain future case.
