Case Facts: Nash & Associates obtained a very satisfying settlement for our clients in this case. While recovering from a stroke, our client fell and fractured her leg. Apparently, there was only one attendant with her at the time, while the standard of care required two. The fracture set her recovery from the stroke back significantly, as well as resulting in a decubitus ulcer on her ankle.
