Sarah Keogh is an attorney licensed to practice law in Maryland and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keogh graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in 2002. Her undergraduate majors were Child Development and French. As an undergraduate, she won the Department of Roman Language Prize for Outstanding Research in French Literature.
In 2005, Ms. Keogh graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. She is also a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Keogh was one of the students awarded the University of Maryland Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Diversity Recognition Award while in law school as part of the Walter Arvinger Legal Defense Team. She was also a writing fellow and senior teaching assistant while at the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Keogh served as a student attorney in both the Law School’s Juvenile Law, Children’s Issues and Legislative Advocacy Clinic and in the Law School’s Health Care/Child Welfare, Legal Issues: AIDS Clinic during her time in law school.
Prior to her employment with Nash & Associates, Ms. Keogh worked for many years in the non-profit world advocating for healthy and safe housing for families. She has also worked doing elder law and estate planning.
