Rodd Santomauro is in his 16th year of working on personal injury cases. He has held a variety of key positions in consumer justice law firms and has worked on thousands of personal injury claims, from intake through settlement. He has been recognized for his professionalism and talent within the practice of law through local and statewide press, as well as being the recipient of numerous awards given to him by both his peers and mentors. Mr. Santomauro has been nationally published in several legal periodicals, and has held key positions in both local and state lawyer associations, helping to make a positive difference for the clients he serves.
Mr. Santomauro honed his investigation and advocacy skills by clerking in AV-rated law firms located in Florida, while attending law school. Under the supervision of the firms’ partners, Mr. Santomauro met with clients, attended court proceedings, worked on client files, and assisted in drafting legal documents. Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, Mr. Santomauro went into private practice as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer and immediately became an active member of several trial lawyer organizations. In late 2009, Mr. Santomauro relocated to the Washington, DC metro area, to continue his legal career.
